Terms & Condition

RATES

• All rates quoted in US dollars will be converted into local currency (IDR) upon settlement.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Special Packages are only valid if you book through Alamkulkul.com

RESERVATION

• You can enquire about availability via the Bookings section of the website, or by calling us on +62 (361) 752520.
• All reservation inquiry is not automatically confirm and will be replied within 2 working days
• Once you complete the booking form, you will receive an email from us summarising the details of your request, such as arrival and departure dates, your special requests (if any), the invoice total, and any deposit to be paid. In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your deposit

CHANGE RESERVATION

• Reservation can be changed with prior notice at least 14 days before arrival
• Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability

PAYMENTS

• All payment should be directed to AlamKulKul Boutique Resort
• One night non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation on specific high season period, the rest of the payment should be settled upon check out
• Deposit should be transferred to AlamKulKul Boutique Resort with copy of payment document to be emailed or faxed to our office.
• Deposit can also be done by giving us your credit card detail Payment can be made cash or via bank transfer to our account

CANCELLATION

• If you decide to cancel your booking, any amount paid is non-refundable.

CHECKING-IN/OUT

• Please note that the earliest you can check-in is 2:00 P.M
• The latest you can check-out by is 12:00 noon
• Different times may be possible with prior arrangement. Please enquire by email

COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION

• We anticipate that your stay will meet your expectations. However, if a problem should arise, you should inform us immediately so that we can work to correct the situation.
