Golden Fried Breaded Chicken Breast served with Broccoli, Homemade Fried Potato and Balsamic Lime Sauce

Ingredient :
200 gr Chicken Breast
50 gr Bread Crumb
1 pcs Egg
1 pcs Lemon
10 gr White flour
120 ml Olive Oil
120 gr Broccoli
120 gr Boiled Potatoes
50 ml Balsamic Vinegar
2 gr Oregano
  Salt and Pepper to Taste
 

Method :

  1. Clean and wash the chicken breast and marinate with salt, pepper, lime juice.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl, dip the chicken into the flour, then the egg and lastly into the bread crumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the coated chicken breast until golden.
  4. At the same time boil the broccoli. Cut the boiled potatoes into thin slices and lightly sauté.
  5. Heat the balsamic vinegar in a pan until it thickens, add lemon juice and oregano.
  6. Arrange the chicken on top of the potatoes and broccoli and pour the sauce over the top. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
