AlamKulKul Boutique Resort celebrated its recent 21st anniversary with a series of activities scheduled over the course of several weeks. The annual Family Day saw staff members relax with their loved ones to enjoy games, competitions, food, a fashion show and entertainment. The Resort also paid respect to its inspiring beachfront location with a fun walk and beach clean-up, which resulted in the collection of numerous bags of rubbish. The AlamKulKul Blood Drive invited staff members, travel colleagues and suppliers to donate their blood. This was organised in conjunction with the local Red Cross in an effort to boost the valuable supplies of blood used daily by Bali’s hospitals. A challenging match of futsal was also held for the Resort’s younger generation of staff members. It was an opportunity to release tension and build team relations. While a chess competition challenged employees to think about different strategies to determine an overall champion. Lastly, a group of staff members paid a visit to a farming village in rural Karangasem to donate clothing and food essentials to those in need. This initiative was in line with AlamKulKul’s ongoing corporate social responsibility programme that focuses on ‘giving back’ to the local community. General Manager,
